This summer witnessed the soaring temperatures…which obviously called for some chilled beverages… The service department organized an alcoholic free mixed drink competition in the Training Restaurant “Dainty Delight’ augmenting the Ayurvedic concepts where the inherent nature of the food was studied. The participants did wonders and baffled the taste buds of judges. Students experimented black berries, saffron, hibiscus, passion fruit, figs, mandarins, kiwis with spices… The competition stamped the indelible imprint on the minds of young budding restauranteurs…Kudos to the winners….
