The institute recently organised an in-house competition ‘Floraison’ held at Advanced Training Culinary Laboratory based on the research activity carried out by the students. The competition emphasised the predominant use of floral elements in culinary craft displaying the ‘bourgeoise’ on flame of passion. The final round witnessed six participants competing with each and phew… the results were breathtaking; each one putting up an excellent show than others.
